TRANSPARENCY AND VISION 2025–2028

Our ESG Strategy: LOLA LOVES LIFE

is more than a slogan—it’s the foundation of our roadmap toward a more conscious, ethical, and committed brand. Since 2024, we’ve embedded ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria across all departments and published our first Non-Financial Information Statement (EINF), available for public consultation and download.
Our strategy is built around 20 action lines grouped into four core pillars: Product, Planet, People, and Corporate, with specific milestones through 2028. Along this journey, we align with international standards (SDGs, GRI, CSRD) and enforce internal policies, including:

This strategy not only strengthens our leadership in the fashion sector—it empowers us to look to the future with responsibility, purpose, and the confidence that fashion can be a true force for positive change.

Commited to Planet

Designing Today with Tomorrow in Mind

At LOLA CASADEMUNT, we believe fashion can no longer ignore the planet. Every step we take as a brand reflects a deep awareness of our environmental impact and our responsibility to future generations.
Since 2023, our headquarters in Cardedeu has been powered by solar energy, reaching 60% self-sufficiency in 2024. But this is just the beginning. In 2024, we calculated our carbon footprint for the first time — covering both direct and indirect emissions (Scopes 1 and 2)—and in 2025, we will expand this to include our full supply chain (Scope 3), enabling us to make better-informed, more ambitious decisions.
We know that every package makes a difference. That’s why we’re developing a new sustainable packaging strategy and enhancing our waste collection and recycling systems. We’ve joined SCRAP (Ecoembes) and activated a plan to reduce both commercial and household waste.

Committed to People

Sustainability Starts at Home

At LOLA CASADEMUNT, sustainability is ultimately about people—our customers, our employees, our value chain partners, and the communities we touch. We put human well-being and dignity at the heart of everything we do.
In 2024, our team grew to over 340 people. In 2025, we will go even further with new initiatives focused on work-life balance, equality, and sustainability training. We want every team—from design to retail—to understand their role in driving this transformation.
We also continue to support health and social well-being through partnerships such as Fundación Contigo Contra el Cáncer de la Mujer, with whom we launch the annual Solidarity Sweatshirt to fund breast cancer research. We’ve also collaborated with the Fundación Princesa de Girona to design a t-shirt that promotes emotional well-being in schools.

Committed to Product

Fashion with Soul, Traceable and Responsible

For us, a collection doesn’t begin with a garment — it begins with a vision: to create beauty without compromising our values. Each design reflects our commitment to circularity, traceability, and sustainable innovation.
In 2025, all our design teams will undergo specialized training in eco-design. We’re already working with recycled and sustainable fibers—such as those certified by GRS and RCS—and developing new capsule collections with responsibly sourced materials.
We want every garment to reflect a strong commitment to sustainability. That’s why we’ve partnered with BCome, a leading platform in product traceability and transparency, to help us measure and communicate the environmental and social impact of our collections. This collaboration prepares us to meet future European Eco Score requirements and moves us toward a more conscious, informed, and responsible fashion model.
Quality is also a core value for us—because true sustainability isn’t just about producing better, it’s about making things that last.
